How do I update to a new Firestick without losing all my settings?

My old Firestick 4K is dying (constant reboots, super slow). I just bought the new Firestick 4K Max. I have 3 different IPTV subs set up on TiViMate on the old stick with hundreds of custom channel names, hidden groups, and favorite lists. How do I move this to the new stick?

Provider gave me an Xtream Codes API login. Works flawlessly on my phone and my laptop. But when I type the exact same URL, username, and password into the Smarters app on my Samsung Smart TV, it just says Authorization Failed. Triple checked for typos.
