DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Our Commitment

IPTV ROOMS ("iptvrooms.com") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. All discussion threads, comments, and other material on this site are user-generated content. We do not host, stream, or distribute any video content ourselves, and our Forum Rules prohibit posting pirated streams, raw playlist files, or portal credentials. When we receive a valid takedown notice, we remove or disable access to the identified material promptly.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on IPTV ROOMS infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at contact@iptvrooms.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on iptvrooms.com of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly and materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@iptvrooms.com containing:

• Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which IPTV ROOMS may be found).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us they have filed a court action.

4. Repeat-Infringer Policy

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material (links to pirated streams, copyrighted playlist dumps, restreamed content) are permanently terminated. Moderators also remove such content on their own under our Forum Rules, without waiting for a DMCA notice.
