Help! EPG is offset by exactly one hour on all channels

I'm using Tivimate with my provider's default XMLTV link. The guide populates perfectly, but every single show is exactly one hour off. For example, the 6:00 PM news shows up at 7:00 PM in the guide. My TV's system clock is correct. How do I fix this?
