FireStick 4K Max Storage Full Error - Is there any real fix besides factory reset?

It's been exactly 4 months since I bought the 4K Max and I'm already getting the 'Critically Low Storage' popup. I literally only have TiviMate, Downloader, Netflix, and SmartTube installed. I clear the cache every other day. Is the 8GB storage just totally unusable for IPTV or is there a background app eating all my space?
