TiviMate Not Loading Channels? Complete Fix Guide
When TiviMate Shows No Channels
If TiviMate opens but no channels appear, or shows a loading spinner that never completes, work through these fixes in order.
Fix 1: Check Your M3U URL
Open a browser on another device and paste your M3U URL into the address bar. You should see a text file with channel URLs. If you see an error page, your URL is wrong or expired. Contact your provider for a fresh link.
Fix 2: Update the Playlist Manually
Go to Settings → Playlists → long-press your playlist → Update. Wait for TiviMate to download the latest version. Sometimes the cached playlist becomes corrupted.
Fix 3: Delete and Re-Add the Playlist
Long-press your playlist → Delete. Then add it again from scratch. This clears all cached channel data and forces a clean re-download from your provider's server.
Fix 4: Check Internet Connection
TiviMate needs internet access to load M3U playlists. If you are on a restricted network (hotel Wi-Fi, corporate network) that blocks streaming URLs, the playlist will fail to load.
Fix 5: Clear TiviMate Cache
Go to your device's Settings → Apps → TiviMate → Storage → Clear Cache and Clear Data. Note: clearing data will remove all your playlists and settings, so note them down first.
Fix 6: Reinstall TiviMate
Uninstall TiviMate completely, then reinstall the latest APK from the official TiviMate website. Re-add your playlist fresh.
