Onn 4K Pro vs. Chromecast with Google TV 4K

I'm looking to grab a cheap streaming stick for the bedroom TV. I already use a Shield in the living room. Everyone keeps raving about the $50 Onn 4K Pro box at Walmart. Is it really better than the official Google Chromecast?
