Audio tracks are out of sync only on certain channels

I'm noticing that on specific channels (usually UK Sports channels), the audio is delayed by about half a second compared to the video. It makes watching football really annoying. All other US channels are perfectly synced. How can I fix this without messing up the the good channels?
