Is there a player that intelligently merges duplicate channels from multiple providers?

I run two different IPTV subscriptions for redundancy. The problem is my guide is incredibly cluttered because I have duplicates of every major sports and news channel. Is there a player (or external tool) that can merge them into one guide listing, and just auto-fallback to provider #2 if provider #1 buffers?
