ISP blocked my stream during the game. What’s the fastest workaround?

I'm in the UK (using Sky Broadband). Everything was fine until exactly 3:00 PM when the match started, and now my stream is just a black screen. Confirmed with my provider that their servers are fine, it’s an ISP block. I don't have a VPN installed on my TV. What's the fastest way to get it working right now?
