Provider gave me a 'Portal URL' and Mac address. How do I use this?

I bought a trial and instead of an M3U link, the guy sent me a Portal URL (starts with http://mag...) and asked for my MAC address. I'm using a Firestick 4K Max. What app do I use for this kind of connection? I thought everything was M3U or Xtream Codes.
