Need help setting up a VPN directly on Apple TV (tvOS 17)
Now that tvOS 17 finally allows native VPN apps, which one are you guys using for IPTV? I'm in the UK and my ISP (Sky) blocks all my football streams at exactly 3:00 PM on Saturdays. I tried the free version of ProtonVPN but it was too slow to handle 1080p 50fps.
Apple TV 4K keeps dropping WiFi during live sports
My setup: ATV 4K (2022) connected via 5GHz WiFi. Router is in the next room (about 15 feet away). Netflix streams 4K Dolby Vision perfectly fine. But when I watch IPTV (specifically live sports with high bitrates), the WiFi just randomly drops out entirely and I get a 'No Network Connection' error. Have to restart the Apple TV to fix it. Anyone else?

Is IPTVX worth the ridiculous subscription price?
I downloaded IPTVX and the UI is absolutely stunning. It feels exactly like Apple TV+ or Netflix. BUT they want a monthly subscription just to use the app? Or like $25 for a lifetime license? I already pay $15/mo for my provider, I don't want to pay a subscription just to play the video. Is the lifetime license actually worth it?
How to map the Apple TV Siri Remote buttons for IPTV?
Does anyone know if there's an app that actually lets you use the channel up/down buttons on the side of the new Siri remote? In most apps, clicking the clickpad just pauses the live TV instead of bringing up the channel list. It's driving the wife crazy.
iPlayTV vs UHF vs Snapp? Which one actually works without crashing?
I'm losing my mind here. I switched from an Android box to an Apple TV 4K (3rd gen) because everyone said the hardware is better. But the IPTV apps are total garbage compared to TiviMate. iPlayTV hasn't been updated in years and crashes on 4K VODs. UHF looks pretty but the EPG sync takes literally 10 minutes every time I open it. What is the actual meta app for tvOS right now?
