Amazon rumored to be developing 'Fire OS 9' which blocks sideloading entirely

A leaked internal memo suggests that Amazon is pivoting away from Android as the base for Fire OS. The next iteration 'Fire OS 9' (codenamed Vega) will reportedly be a closed system similar to Roku, completely removing the ability to enable Developer Options and sideload APKs like Tivimate or Downloader.
