HDHomeRun + Plex setup questions

I want to ditch my TV providers entirely. I've bought an antenna and it's picking up 40+ local channels perfectly. I want to buy an HDHomeRun Flex 4K to stream this antenna signal to all the TVs in my house via my existing Plex server. Will Plex allow me to watch live TV remotely when I'm away from home, or does it only work on the local network?
