[Error 403] Forbidden on all VOD movies?

Live TV works flawlessly, but every single time I click on a movie or TV series in the VOD section, the player tries to load for 5 seconds and then throws an 'Error 403: Forbidden'. I've tried Smarters and Tivimate, same error on both. What does this mean?
